About us
Hero Hauling Solutions LLC is a junk removal and property cleanout business based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and request a quote. You agree not to use the site to send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site’s operation.
Quotes and pricing
Nothing on this website is a quote or a price. This site describes how we work; it does not set a price for any job.
We provide firm quotes in person, on site, after looking at the actual work. That quote is the price you pay for the scope of work described in it. We do not quote by phone, by text, or through this website, and no figure discussed before an on-site visit is binding on either of us.
A quote covers the scope of work identified during the on-site visit. If you add items, or if we discover conditions that could not be seen during the walkthrough, we will tell you before doing the additional work and you decide whether to proceed. We will not perform additional billable work without your agreement.
A quote is valid for [NUMBER] days from the date given.
Service area
We serve Peachtree Corners and surrounding communities in Gwinnett, Fulton, and DeKalb counties. We may decline work outside our service area or apply additional charges for distance. Any distance-based charge will be included in your on-site quote.
Items we do not take
We do not remove hazardous materials or any items we are not licensed or equipped to handle. This includes but is not limited to: typical exclusions include paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel and oil, asbestos, medical or biohazardous waste, ammunition and explosives, and propane tanks].
If we find such items during a job, we will leave them and tell you. We are not responsible for disposing of items we have identified as outside our scope.
Scheduling, access, and cancellation
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property and the items being removed. If you are not the property owner, you confirm that you have the authority to have the items removed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as you can at (470) 476-0474. (470) 476-0474. [EMMANUEL TO CONFIRM ANY CANCELLATION TERMS, or delete this bracketed note if there are none.]
If we arrive as scheduled and cannot access the property or the work has materially changed from what was quoted, we may need to reschedule.
Donation of usable items
We sort items during a job and take what is still usable to Goodwill or another local donation center before the remainder goes to disposal.
Please understand what this does and does not mean:
- Whether an item is donated is determined by us on site, based on its condition and on what donation centers will accept.
- We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated rather than disposed of.
- We do not provide donation receipts, itemized valuations, or tax documentation for donated items.
- Once items are loaded, they become our responsibility to handle and you give up any claim to them.
If you want to keep something, tell us before we load it. Point it out during the walkthrough. We cannot retrieve items after they have left the property.
Your property
We take care with your property. You agree to point out during the walkthrough anything requiring special handling, any items that must not be removed, and any known hazards on the property.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for damage arising from conditions we were not told about, or for items you asked us to remove that you later decide you wanted to keep.
If you believe we caused damage during a job, tell us within 2 days so we have a fair opportunity to inspect it and make it right.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice.
