Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, call us, text us, or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, the city you are in, the type of service you need, and any details or photos you provide about the job.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is standard web analytics and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. If you pay for a service, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor and we do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Schedule and perform an on-site estimate

What we send. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us, we may send you:

• Confirmation that we received your quote request
• A reply when we miss your call
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
• Your quote and updates about your job
• Invoices and payment reminders
• A request to leave a review after a completed job
• Occasional service updates or offers, only if you separately agreed to receive them

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or REVOKE. You can also opt out by calling us at (470) 476-0474, by emailing office@herohaulingsolutions.com, or by telling us in person. We will honor an opt-out request made by any reasonable method. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to hire us. You can request and receive service by phone or email instead.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information. No mobile information collected as part of our SMS program will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers who help us deliver our own messages to you, and those providers are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
